Our PTA hosts and supports many events for students, teachers, and families throughout the year. Below are descriptions of the main events where adult volunteers are required.

FALL

Welcome TK/Kinder Orientation
• Help answering questions
• Help collecting PTA Membership orders
• Help collecting spirit wear orders

Welcome Teacher Luncheon
• Help setting up & cleaning up

Welcome Chalk Decorating
• Help decorate the sidewalk in front of the school with positive message for the 1st day of school

Back to School Night (PTA Booth)
• Help answering questions
• Help collecting PTA Membership orders
• Help collecting spirit wear orders

 Fall Fundraiser (Membership Drive)
• Help collecting and counting membership orders

Fall Fundraiser (Sales Fundraiser)
• Help organizing fundraiser with vendor & distributing orders

Fall Family Night (Movie Night)
• Help setting up & cleaning up

Fall Festival (Trunk or Treat/Carnival Games)
• Help setting up & cleaning up
• Decorate you vehicle for trunk or treat
• Help collecting spirit wear orders


WINTER

Winter Fundraiser (Winter Shopping Spree)
• Help students shop during lunch hours

Winter Family Night (Paint Night)
• Help setting up & cleaning up

Winter Festival (Student Performances/Santa Visit)
• Help run a booth (Santa/treats/crafts/etc.)
• Help collecting spirit wear orders


SPRING

Spring Fundraiser (Fun Run)
• Help sort and distribute Fun Run prizes
• Help cheer students on during Fun Run

Spring Family Night (TBD)
• Help setting up & cleaning up

Spring Festival (Carnival Games/Inflatables)
• Help setting up & cleaning up
• Help providing supervision for inflatables

Staff Appreciation Week (Various)
